Chicken Curry with Potatoes

I'm always in the search for an easy week night meal. This spicy chicken curry recipe is a breeze during busy school week. You can also make it during the weekend store and freeze it for the week. The recipe also allows you to add your own favorite vegetable like bell peppers or potatoes. Try something new. Try this chicken curry recipe. Please check out my YouTube video demo:

Neutrogena Original Wave Power Cleanser

My next search was to find an affordable version of Clarisonic. I was strolling around the Ulta Store with my $3.50 coupon and happen to run across the Neutrogena Original Wave Power Cleanser. It also has the Allure seal of approval. Wow! I grabbed it right away. I tried it that night and it really works. I can't compare it with anything else since this is my first power cleanser. So, far my nose and chin has been super smooth. My only con is that it does not have an on/off switch and  only 1 speed. Well, it works for me. It's also water proof so you can keep it in your shower. Check out my YouTube video:

Hand Creams

I've been in search for the best hand and foot cream. Last year, I suffered really bad cracks and dry skin from gardening. This year, after careful research, I've discovered O'Keeffe's Hand and foot cream. It works wonders especially from our massive garden overhaul and making a brick patio. No longer do I suffer the chap thumbs or crack feet. Check out my YouTube video on my review:

Origami

Here's a cute project kids can do at home. Origami allows children to use their creative side, practice hand dexterity and the ability to follow complex instructions. View the origami projects my nephew made using the ancient art of  Japanese  paper folding:

Gardening & Pizza

I'm hoping for warmer weather this weekend. If you haven't seen my recent image, my seedlings are ready to be transferred to a garden pot.

Lately, I have been posting information videos on hair care. Today, I'll be doing a video on making your own pizza dough at home. People always marvel that I make my own dough. In fact, it's a very easy recipe needing just a few ingredients in your own kitchen. However, finding THE RECIPE was a year long search. It's important to get the right proportions and other techniques that I'll be sharing on my youtube video. One big tip is making sure your oven has been heated for at least 45 minutes to an hour. If you're concerned about the rising cost of electricity and gas than 30 minutes minimum. The high heat will activate your yeast to poof and cause a tender and chewy crust that isn't soggy. I'll be posting my video soon. I hope you enjoy it and make you want to fix your own pizza today.

Happy Weekend!

Seedlings

I wanted to show you new updates of my seedlings that I have on top of my fridge. They are certainly growing nicely! Next week, I will be transplanting them to my garden pot. I heard the weather will be warming up for us on zone 5. Enjoy your Sunday.
